Mend Erbauer ERB609MSW Repair Replaced Mechanism

Repair to Erbauer chop saw?

ERB609MSW chop saw. I have just replaced the blade and in doing so have damaged the blade guard mechanism. The guard will not retract fully and the motor/blade assembly will not lower to the parked position. Can you help or point me in the direction of a service company in the West Sussex / Surrey area?
