Mend Delta NM902 Manual Repair Machine

Service manual for Delta NM902/AEG 795/Yamata FY2300?

I'm looking for a service manual or repair manual for this machine. I have seen it bear these different names and models: Delta NM902, AEG 795, Yamata FY2300.

The problem is that the elastich stitch length cannot be adjusted. The utility stitch length adjusts fine.
