Honeywell ADE Gen 4 LED keypad?

The alarm was not set to activate, I was in the house and the alarm went off. I put in my code to stop the alarm. However the strobe outside is still flashing. On the keypad, the unlock and power LEDs are lit and the tool LED is flashing red. What does this mean please?
