Mend Briggs & Stratton 6.5HP Had Front Seal Leak

i have a 6.5hp briggs&stration leaf blower had a front seal leak?

removed the flywheel to fix that and a new Carburetor and it only sputters and stops running is their a timing mark or a special way to reinstall the fly wheel
