Mend Melcom ST6000 Mains Light Control

How to fix melcom st6000?

My mains light is on on control panel but I am getting no sound and when pressing the button to set alarm nothing is working. So ordered new battery and fitted battery and everything seemed to be working just fine again so set alarm and went out to work and on my return the same thing is happening does anyone have anything that might help to fix the problem
