Help with drive belt please ?

I have a Westwood gazelle ride on mower and I got it started but it will not drive, I think it is a belt issue as it looks very loose, there is a pulleyvwheel on the clutch brake pedal but it looks as if there should be another one somewhere else to keep the belt taught? Can anyone tell me how it should look underneath as I am keen to get it going
