Display problem on JCM Gold 2150?

On the display, I see 3 dots/periods on the left side. and the price amount on the right side has some kind of shadow/reflection under it.

So if I enter 9.95, I see two 9.95. One is the main display, the other one is less bright (like a shadow) and appears under it. So it looks like I am seeing 2 numbers on top of each other.
I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.
