Mend Bison Bede 50 Reset Battery

Bison Bede 50 reset after battery change?

Bison 50 - batteries 100% discharged - replaced 33v charger and batteries now 100 % - How do I initiate a reset to release the brake on the motor? I was told this is a safety feature when the batteries are totally drained.
