Mend Sigma PCC 500C

How can I fix my Sigma PCC 500C shredder?

My shrerdder comes up with "Overload" sign even when I have only put 2 sheets through.

Yes the cutters are crusted up with matted paper which goes rock hard. I've just taken mine apart & spent 2 hours working the cutters clean using boiling water to soften the hard scale, it now works as new.
