how can i fix my kenmore washer that wont agitate after fill?

kenmore washer 11022622100 motor wont start and agitate after fill(lid swith is bypassed) i can tap on either the timer or water level switch with screw driver and motor will start and agitate.i can pull pressure hose from water level switch put hose on the switch blow in it and motor will start and agitate.i can move timer to pump spin and it will drain and spin.what the heck im stumped
