Not much detail given. Depends where it is chewed. If damaged right at the end near the plug then just chop that bit off and wire on a new 3 pin plug which you can buy from a hardware store. If damaged further down then take it to a vacuum repair shop for a new cord to be fitted. Not an easy task for a novice DIY
