Mend DAF 45 LF 130 Brakes Pedal Pads

1998 daf 45 lf 130,7.5 tonne?

just lately I am having to apply full weight on brake pedal and it still wont stop, changed the pads [front] and fitted new discs,to be honest it has,nt made much difference, any help, ?
