Mend Hisense JLAFFS2009 Lights Wont Stay

display lights wont stay on on my JLAFFS2009?

My JLAFFS2009 american style fridge freezer front display lights wont stay on although it seems to be working OK i wondered if it may need resetting or something...i did let the ice build up too much and i didn't notice that it was full but I have emptied that now
