Electric free standing fireplace beeps/won’t come on?

Yiwu Andong Electric App. Co.China -Model ADL 2000M-X won’t come on. Only response is a continual beeping when plugged in. We have checked electrical outlet—fuse—did not find a reset button (if there is one). Any help appreciated. We had hoped to have it running for Christmas. Thanks
