Mend Bissell KB-6622V-1 Steam Work Second

I have 2x H20X5 steam mops But none of the work?

When my first steam mop packed up, green light came on but nothing else. On my second purchase, after one year this one packs up, green light comes on after 3/4 hours nothing else, only a very faint burping noise coming from the machine, no steam. Any ideas as to what might be wrong.? Both models numbers are KB-6622V-1.
