Mend Overheating Cooling System Thermostat

My car is overheating,a pipe was romoved from the water flange?

by the mechanic I had hired and other pipe were diverted. He could not find any fault in the thermostat and it looked like there is a blockage in the pipes as the water would fill the pipes without finding the way out. The fans are not running.

the fans may not be running if the temperature sensor isn't working or the wire's come off it or the fuse has blown.
