Mend Logik L24HEDW14 DVD Region Error

Logik L24HEDW14 TV & DVD does not accept DVD's?

When inserting a DVD, screen shows "Wrong Region" and will not play. Disc states "Region 2" which is what Logik TV is supposed to be set to.
How can I adjust the settings?
