Mend Honda Civic Player Error Reads

how can I fix cd player?

error msge reads MECHANICAL ERROR when trying to use cd. Sometimes shows BUSY and can hear it trying to work but to no avail. Radio works fine. The vehicle is a 2008 Honda civic sport.
