Mend Power Devil PDW5012PB Blade Table

Fixing blade height adjuster on Power Devil Table Saw PDW5012PB ?

I have the above table saw. On turning the wheel to adjust blade height the mechanism underneath came apart. Not broken but I just can't work out how to put it back together to lower and raise the blade.
