How can i open my boot?

hallo mate on your back seat in the middle of the back is a centre padded fob which you can pull out then behind that is a little hatch door push that and open then in boot you have the black like netting material unclip that which is sprung loaded then look rite through to the back of boot in the middle you will see a white button push that hard with a six foot stick or broom handle and it will open ,as my twin port also had same problem . good luck
