engine revs,ford fiesta 14si 1994?

your problem is that your throttle position sensor is incorrect ,you can adjust them with a diagnostic tool ,normal reading state that they should be set at 0.7 volts but i set them lower if it a old sensor you need to remove and drill out the mounting brackets to adjust beoned the setting .

the sensor will cost around £70 new and will cure you fault.

idle speed control valve is dirty and sticking take it off and clean with methylated spirit and should work fine
