alarm panel tamper connections?

hi, I have a tamper fault on my panel on the bell connections. (other tampers proven ok)
how do I bypass the bell tamper with the standard T A D B connections to prove the panel is ok? I thinking its the -ve hold of and tamper return but unsure which of the T A D B connections to bridge?
