Tamper fault lock out, accenta optina?

After taking down 1 pir and remote keypad for kitchen refurb. After refiting both these parts I am getting tamper fault lockout, when I put in my code the system says code not valid, I have replaced both the f4 and f2 fuses which had blown, I have tried 0123and 9999 still get same message code entered not valid
