machine used almost exclusively on web, then 1 day swicthed on and safe mode kicked in. Will not go to previous start date at all. On step mode it stops at msmouse. I've tried all I can get to in "fix it utilities" and I can"t get it togo on the web.I do have anothe laptop (this one) tosh sat 1800-254 I have had this problem quite a lot on different machines and it usually costs me 30/50 quid to get it fixed.If I dont get it fixed I lose my filles
As you have had this problem several times before and I have never had it happen (over many years) you may be doing something wrong. When a machine goes into Safe Mode, one can usually simply restart and the PC will come up normally.
