boiler drain?

i need to drain my combi boiler where is the drain valve is it on the boiler or is it a drain valve on the radiators. there is a valve that comes out from the underside of the boiler (in centre) this appears to have some sort of nut on it and in the centre of the pipe inside it looks like a slotted screw head? any help please
