Mend Aqualisa Control Shower Bathroom

Refitting the Aqualisa digital control button?

We've had the bathroom retiled and when the digital control button was refitted the shower does not work. Does the system have to be reset? When we tried a button from the en-suite it still doesn't work and that one won't work either when it is refitted.
