Mend Amica APM6855 Fridge Temperature Defrost

Is this normal?

Hi

I have a APM6855 fidgevfreezer - the fridge stopped working so I have switched off and defrosted for 24 hours - I have restarted (1hour ago) but the fridge still shows H is this correct until it achieves cold setting temperature or is it still broken??
