I believe that there is a common fault with this model - my freezer is working fine but the fridge is not working and the display is showing 'H'.
I have read on another question that it is a simple fix of replacing a sensor but the guy that has offered to fix it says he needs to know if I have the /00 model or the /01 model as they require different sensors? I can't find this info anywhere on the fridge or paperwork? Does any one know the difference between the 2 models?
I have the same problem, and on page 3, bottom right of the instruction manual the model no reads 000000000, so possibly your model no is 00. Also as a quick fix, remove all contents from fridge and freezer, keep doors open for 2 days, then close doors and restart as normal if it was the first time on. Believe me it works as I have to do this occasionaly with mine. This was an engineer who advised this as the pipework in the freezer freezes up and does not allow the cold air to keep your fridge cold.So by defrosting if you like of these pipes it resets the workings,
