how can I fix my eternal 2KW CSTD convector heater?

My daughter put a damp t shirt over the heater to dry and it stopped working.

If it's of any reasonable quality it will have a Thermal Fuse - your Thermal Fuse may have popped - you might mend it yourself or have a technician see to it.
