How do I fix laminate peeling from roof of my tab caravan?

Small damage appearing on roof of my Tab Caravan. Looks like laminate peelng back from initial chip damage while travelling.
Winter weather, wind rain and snow now increasing the damage to a strip 2cm X 20cm long. How can I prevent further damage occurring ie roof cover and how would I repair this damage?
