Mend Laser Pocket MVP Video Player Working

How can I fix my Laser Pocket MVP?

I'd purchased a 1GB multimedi video player and it was working for about a week and while I was downloading music to it, it just crashed and never came back on.

Could someone help me try to figure out what is wrong? This system is similiar to the Ipod Nano.

I also have one and it didn't shut off completely, but the screen doesn't show up. I can still listen to MP3's, but it won't do anything other than that. I got mine from a friend who recently traded up for a Zune. I have no clue what to do with it now, I kinda want to strap a Black-Cat to it and watch it explode. I really want to know how to fix it, I tried all I can.

Take it back to the place you got it from, the same problem is occuring with other Laser MVP's.
