Cement mixer slowing when loaded?

I have belle mini cement mixer 110v when I put about six shovels in starts to slow then stops.

I think I may have discussed this with you before - yesterday perhaps.

It will either be the drive belt slipping (if it has a drive belt)
It might be the motor capacitor as previously suggested
It might be an ailing motor.

It's up to you to discover the actual cause - people here can only guess.
