Mend Belle Minimix Stopped Engine Runs

Belle Minimix how can I fix it?

My Petrol Belle Minimix Cement Mixer just stopped working. The engine still runs perfectly but the drum no longer turns when the engine is running. The mixer is relatively new and has not done much work. I have checked oil & fuel levels - all ok. Engine starts up easily but drum will not turn.
