reactivate cobra alarm after replace the car battery?

Thank you very much for everybody 1, my problem is after we replace the car battery ( off engine mode), our cobra remote totally no function (even I replaced new remote battery or another couple remote). How we can reactivated it or functioning it back to normal. In besides, the touch key still can function. Thank you again...
