Mend Vulcan Continental Deluxe Boiler Heating Gas Supply

Vulcan continental deluxe?

Boiler has been off for about 18months. I cannot light the pilot light manually. There is 240 volts at the terminals on the control valve. I have previously lit the pilot manually whenever the gas supply has been off. This time no success. Any ideas?
