Sanivite 3, Is it possible to compensate for height difference?

Hello. I have a Sanivite 3 installed in my basement connected to the shower. It is not possible to move the pump down or the shower floor up. There is 1 cm of water on the floor because it was badly installed. The pump is not placed low enough. The question is if there is any way I can compensate for that, so that I can get rid of that 1 cm waste water just lying there.
