Mend Stannah Chair Track

How do I remove a 420 stannah from its track (2009 model)?

I have driven the chair to the top of the track ( straight). I've removed the plastic end cap and limiters and disconnected the battery charging wires. How do I get it off the track from here. It won't drive off.
