Mend Vulcan Powerhouse 100 Control Valve Heater

is the problem the control board or the gas valve?

I have a Vulcan Powerhouse 100 gas heater, it won't start, on reset, green Led blinks 6 times, fault table says "slow closing gas valve", has anyone had that before?
