I have dimples fire model no dtt20 the fire is working fine but the front of fire where pebbles are have gone off no lights have replaced bulbs and checked fuse still not working can u help
You don't mention whether the heater is still working,or if the original bulbs had actually blown,if yes to both then it's possible you have not screwed the bulbs in enough
