Mend Upstairs Downstairs Light

EXTERNAL DOWN LIGHTERS?

I want to fit downlighters in my soffitts upstairs and downstairs controlled by the one light switch i am pretty competent at most things but need some good advice on the best way to fit them a diagram would be very helpful
