Boiler keep tripping ?

My biasi boiler M1 10.32SM/E keeps tripping and takes a while to reset one minute its fine the next we loose hot and cold water. When it does go off the middle and the right lights are flashing which are red and green all the manual says is turn it off from the mains and then back on which annoyed me cause 1 it's not telling me what the problem is and 2 it still didn't work. The only thing iv figured out is that when it does happen I have to leave it completely off for a few hours to get it to working again so I'm thinking it's something to do with the temperature but this is just a guess.
