Mend Beko Freezer Freezing Defrost

Beko America fridge freezer pipes freezing at the back then defrost?

Hi, I have a black beko American fridge freezer and I have noticed puddles of water at the back. I have noticed that the copper pipe which comes from inside freezes up and when the fridge or the freezer is opened it then defrosts causing the puddles. Can anybody help me with this problem. Many thanks.
