mikomi tv the blue lightflicker and now will not come on so i can get any s?

my mikoni tv usually comes on with a strong blue light at the base of the set It became very faint and started flickering and now there is no blue light at all
this means I can not get any programmes on at all
it looks like it is totally dead
what needs to be done to get the blue light back so i can watch my 20 inch TV
