Mend Tefal GV8980 Generator Brown

Tefal GV8980 Steam Generator?

I have above item and it is now blowing out brown sludgy water which means I have to rewash the clothes. This happens on a random huge burst of steam. It has an anti calc collector but this is a very hard water area. Any suggestions?
