veritas alarm reset phone number?

My home alarm is set to call 2 phone numbers when goes off the problem is them people no longer have these numbers ao need to
Reset and no idea how. My main part is in cellar and belive its done there with a code but cant find instructions. Its a key pad nonidea if model but a common one as aeen in lots of places
