how do i fix my prq 16000 pwa please?

In use the water gushes out of the handle so water pressure coming out of the wand is very low and therefore doesn't clean.

PRQ 16000 PWA - but no matter

Water gushes from the handle - the carrying handle?

If so invest in a new one

If water gushes from the wand then get a new wand - I think Amazon sell them - also Performance Power spares from Solent Tools 023 8057 8057
