Mend Qualcast 35S Mower Time Year

Qualcast 35s leaking fuel?

I have picked up a 35s mower, and ran it for the first time in over 1 year, runs fine but I've noticed fuel dripping out through the cylinder next to the carb, underneath the cylinder is what I can describe as a pin and spring which is where the leak is , the pin is hanging down and if I press this in fuel leaks faster. How can I stop this leak. Thanks.
