Mend Conia CDW1211 Dishwasher Washing Cycle Repair

Need to fix Conia dishwasher CDW1211?

Starts to do washing cycle when the 4th light starts to flash and washer stops. Dishes are clean and the temperature is not very high at all. More luke warm. It does not end the cycle . Only used for a few months when this happened. I have removed the filter as suggested but still have the same problem.
