Dishwasher indesit D140 fault lights 3 and 5 flashing. ?

After just 30 seconds into any cycle, after initial draining
Sound, fault lights 3 and 5 start to flash and machine stops working... Unclear in manual what the problem is and as it is an inbuilt machine, it is difficult to access pipes etc
