I have a Sam4s ER-290, tape walks to the left when I run it making it jam?

How do I fix the tape from going to the left?

There may be paper jammed in the guide or the rubber feed roller may be dirty or have foreign matter on it. These printers are very reliable normally and I've never seen this happen
